今日の夜は監査法人ト
今日の夜は監査法人トーマツのＴＭＣセミナーの最終日だった。
今日のテーマはキャッシュフロー経営から
銀行のとの上手な付き合い方にまで話が及んだ。
ゲスト講師として地銀のＡさんが来られて私達に最新の金融情報を
を教えてくれた。
銀行の不祥事が相次ぐ中、来年４月にはペイオフも解禁される。
今後の歯科界の地盤沈下を踏まえたうえで
有効なお金の活用と回し方がいままで以上に院長に要求される。
タイムリーな話にとても勉強になった。
岡山の地方銀行のＣ銀行は実は私が開業した１３年目には
融資をしてくれなかった！
私が開業しようとしていた立地が悪く、その上に
近くに２件新たに歯科医院の開業の予定があったからだ。
結局銀行に振られた形の私はノンバンクから高い金利で融資を
受けないといけない事になった。
それ以来銀行には余りよい印象を持ち続けていなかった
この私だが１３年経って銀行への考え方を変えないといけない
時期にどうやら来ているらしい！
銀行のサービスもかなり変わっている。
先日の新聞にも証券会社の業務も一部取り入れ始めたらしい。
これからは銀行の豊富な正確な情報を教えていただき
Ｗｉｎ−Ｗｉｎの関係を築いてゆかないといけないと
再認識した熱い夜となった。
セミナー後の懇親会、忘年会では
他業種の方と美味しいお酒を飲むのであった。
