歯医者の気づき
４月に入り、歯科の保険も変わり
新人スタッフも加入しているが
相変わらずバタバタした毎日！
今週から、当院は木曜が休診になるも
私だけ木曜日は、ラジオの仕事と、往診と
衛生士学校の講義！！とその他モロモロで
1日中仕事漬け！！
「院長は忙しいのが好きだから！！」
あるスタッフの言葉が耳にこだまする。
そう！忙しいことは必要にされていること！
それは素晴らしいこと！！
頑張ろう！！人生は楽しいのだ。
私が朝、毎日行う決まりの1つに朝の髭剃りがある！
成人の男なんだから、当たり前と思うかも知れない。
しかし実は私は日曜祝日は、ある意味で例え妻に嫌われようが髭をそらない。
ある時勉強会で私は
「私は朝、髭を剃る時にいつも大きな気づきを得ています。
そのために、髭剃りをする時に、必ず横にペンとメモを用意します！」
と話をしたら、髭剃りで誰もが大きな気づきが得られるのなら
シェーバーのメーカーは大儲けと笑われたことがある。
しかし、ここだけの話だが
私はいつも髭剃りのたった2分間の時間に、大きな気づきを得ている。
困ったこと、仕事の問題や、大きな壁にぶつかった時の答えを
いつも髭剃りの時間に思いついているのだ。
例えば、スタッフが足りない！と困っていると、髭を剃っていると
スタッフ不足に対する答えが降って来るのだ。
本当に天から降ってくると言った表現がピッタリ来るほど
天から不思議なくらい答えが降り注いでくるのだ。
少し前までは、これは潜在意識がなせる仕業と思っていた。
寝る前に困ったこと、解決したいことを潜在意識に刻み込む！
寝ている間にも脳は活発に活動を続け
起きて1時間ほど経過して脳の活動が活発になった頃に
おもむろに潜在意識が答えを導き出すと、そう考えていた。
しかし43歳になった私は最近では別の解釈をしている。
それは答えは天から降ってくる。
私という人間は単なる受信装置であり、全ての問題に対する答えは
天が、いや神が持っていて、タイミングを計って、私に答えとして
気づきとして教えてくれる。
そう思わないと説明が出来ないことが相次いで私の身に、そして起こっているのだ。
当院に必要な人材が素晴らしいタイミングで当院に現れ、当院が解決しない
問題は、抜群のタイミングで、答えが導き出される。
私は一人で生きているのではなくて、誰かに活かされているのだ。
そのためにはエゴを押し付けるのは辞めて
全体のバランスを考えて、当院の全てのスタッフを活かすように私が
行動して、支持を出さないといけない。
天から答えが降ってくるなんて怪しいと思うかもしれない。
本当は潜在意識の仕業かもしれない。
でもどちらでもいいのだ！朝の髭剃りのわずか2分間に自分の内の意識に
集中すれば的確な答えを得ることができるなら、占い師もコンサルタントも
私には必要ない。
何て安上がりなんだろう。
さて今日の気づきを書いたメモ用紙は？
あれ、さっきまでここにあったのに？？
あれ！おかしいなあ！！
私の物忘れの激しさへの答えを明日ぜひ答えをお願いします。
天でもいいですし、潜在意識でも構いません！！
何とかして！！どこに行ったの、私の大切なメモ用紙！！
